The Pacific Screenwriting Program supports a vibrant screenwriter community in British Columbia by providing a training ground for BC’s aspiring and active screenwriters. Combining real-world story-room experience, mentorship, bootcamps, workshops and information sessions, the PSP equips writers with the skills, experience, and connections necessary to establish a sustainable career in the province’s dynamic screen industry.

Congratulations to Norman Yi Li (SSL 2021) who has joined the "Allegiance" season 4 writers room as Writers Assistant. He will be working alongside Tanvi Bhatia (SSL 2023), Scott Button (SSL 2022), and Manny Mahal (SSL 2022). Go PSP!

Alumna Helene Taylor’s project optioned by Bread & Better Films
Bread & Better Films, the scripted subsidiary of Big Time Decent Productions, has optioned "Queen of Trash" by alumna Helene Taylor (SSL 2024). Helene also has projects moving forward with producers Jason Arsenault and Trinni Franke. Congrats, Helene!
